Young Friers Meet With HRH Prince
Charles To Discuss Sustainability and the Future of Fish And Chips

The Current Young Fish Frier of the Year, Zohaib Hussain and the runner up, Carlyn Johnson, met with Prince Charles in Edinburgh recently. The meeting took place onboard the Research Vessel Scotia. Zohaib and Carlyn gave a presentation along side delegate from the National Federation of Fish Friers and leading fish merchants during the hour long meeting organised by the International Sustainability Unit. After the meeting the pair were given the chance to demonstrate their frying skills to the Prince, cooking Sustainable Scottish Haddock. Read More Here |
